The Digital Strategy Roadmap will follow the scope outlined below:
- Strategy Workshop: We’ll host a workshop with you and your team to clarify why your business exists, how you help your customers and the success criteria for this project.
- Website Traffic Analysis: We'll review your existing website traffic and search engine performance to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Competitor Review: We'll review your competitor's websites and the keywords they rank for so we can identify the competitive gap and what needs to be done to outperform them!
- Strategy Workshop: We’ll host a workshop with you and your team to clarify why your business exists, how you help your customers and the success criteria for this project.
- Branding: We'll review your branding and logo and will recommend a rebrand if necessary.
- Content Recommendations: We'll review your existing text content, photos and videos and recommend improvements so that they're relevant to your target market.
- Website Sitemap: We'll brainstorm with you to organise your website pages and blog posts into a structure that allows the best possible experience for new and returning website visitors.
- Identify your ideal customer: We’ll create a customer avatar to help us understand your target audience(s) so we can focus on delivering the best possible outcomes.
- Lead Capture & Nurturing: we’ll figure where your leads come from and how that information is captured - and recommend how you can nurture your potential customers.
During the first session, we’ll plan 2 hours with you and your team over to learn as much as possible about your business, your business goals and your target market.
We’ll get clear on the success criteria for this project before we go off and do our research and develop the roadmap for you.
At the Recommendations Session we will walk you through our 12 Month Digital Strategy Roadmap: we’ll take everything we’ve learned during this process and develop an implementation roadmap tailored to your business.
If you decide to go ahead with us to implement the plan and the deliverables, we’ll credit the price of the roadmap against the price of the project.
You can also use the roadmap to get quotes from other agencies.
