If your WordPress website is hacked, we can restore it quickly. Our hosting, security software and processes are designed to prevent it, so it’s very rare, in fact it’s only happened once in the last ten years, and we resolved it in under an hour.

Every Care Plan includes malware removal and a website backup restore. If a site needs a further Sucuri clean and fix, that’s chargeable, though it hasn’t happened with our sites. We do see serious hacks on websites that aren’t maintained or run out-of-date software.

Your monthly website support covers updates to existing content, such as editing text, swapping images, adding a blog post or changing titles. We can add new page content too, though unless you’re also on an SEO Plan, we don’t optimise new content for search engines. Any new development work, like a new plugin or feature, is scoped as a mini project and priced accordingly. Requests are usually turned around within one to two business days.

Beyond the technical upkeep, our Digital Strategy session is a chance to talk through anything to do with your website and marketing, and how they can better meet your business goals.

We usually review your original goals, look at how your business is evolving, and discuss what to consider as you grow, from updating your content to generating more traffic and leads through SEO.

Yes. We can look after any WordPress website, even one we didn’t build. We’ll just need to run a Website Audit and Tune Up first, to check for security issues, outdated plugins and anything else that needs fixing, before we migrate your site onto our hosting and Care Plan.

Yes. If your website is on another platform like Wix or Squarespace, we can migrate your content over to WordPress and rebuild it, then look after it from there. WordPress gives you greater flexibility, control and long-term SEO potential.
